You need to have Windows Administrator rights in order to install Outlook Alphabet4Contacts Toolbar for MS Outlook.
Please check that you are running MS Outlook 2002 (SP-2) or 2003 as Outlook Alphabet4Contacts Toolbar is incompatible with any MS Outlook versions prior to 2002/XP (SP-2); check otherSystem Requirements as well. You can update your Outlook version here.
Download the latest version of the product setup file from the product website and save it to easy to find place.
Installation steps:
Close Microsoft Outlook and all running programs.
Install the previously- downloaded product by opening the "A4Contacts.exe" file from the location where you saved it. Follow the instruction on the screen.
Start Microsoft Outlook.
Navigate to the Contacts folder.
The Alphabet4Contacts toolbar will appear for your convenience.
You are now ready to start using the program!
